Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and modify project designs, drawings, and specifications.

Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.

Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at all times.

Estimate project costs, materials, and resources required

Track project expenses to ensure alignment with budget constraints.

Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and services.

Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Communicate effectively with clients and address any project-related concerns

Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.

Maintain accurate records of project activities and changes.

Identify and resolve any technical or operational issues during construction.

Provide innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Professional certification or licensure (e.g., PE, CE) is preferred.

Proven experience (2 years) in civil engineering, construction, or a related role.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering tools.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
